Vintage Waves

Part of our Retro Styling Series. We are so excited to have you here and are happy to help you along your journey of learning new techniques and skills. Soft vintage waves are a classic look that can be done in many variations. Some people prefer it super soft and subtle and others like a bouncier S wave. Either way you can't go wrong!

The technique of perfecting this look is all about the way you curl! I go over the different types of curl and how to hold the curling iron so you know what type of curl you are getting. In this course I use my hot tools wand which I personally think is the best for this type of curl. Most vintage curls will need to be set with double clip prongs or duck bill clips (for longer sections) for the best outcome. Always set with hair spray!
